Domestic orders (Finland) sent with Posti, Matkahuolto or DHL Express. International orders sent insured with DHL Express.

International orders, where paintings are larger than 100x120cm, will be shipped on a roll in a shipping tube.
This way of shipping is a safe and easy way to ship paintings worldwide, and is something I've successfully done since 2018 with great feedback from collectors. If you have any questions about this process, feel free to contact me.
If you'd like your larger painting to be shipped as is, simply contact me at hello@carolinagruner.com, or via the contact form, for shipping quote and details.
*EXCEPTIONS: Free shipping may not apply to paintings on special sale. (Check the banner on website to see if free shipping applies.) In these cases shipping cost will be sent via invoice to your preferred email. The Customer is responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.
In case of returns, items must be returned within 14 days of arrival. Refund will be given once items have returned to seller in the same condition as when purchased. Return shipping and any additional costs, such as customs fees will be paid by the Customer.
Seller is not held responsible for any delay during the shipping process; customs or other.
In case of loss or damage during shipping, please contact seller as soon as your parcel has arrived/seems to be missing.
